30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
Initiate Return
Log into your account and go to Order History. Select the item(s) you want to return.
Print Label
Receive your prepaid return shipping label via email within 24 hours.
Ship Package
Pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any shipping location.
Get Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Eligible for Return
- Unused items in original packaging
- Items with all original tags attached
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items in resalable condition
- Non-personalized products
Not Eligible for Return
- Personalized or customized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Opened beauty or hygiene products
- Underwear and swimwear (unless unopened)
- Digital products or gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note: It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping Costs
- • Defective or wrong items: We cover all return shipping costs
- • Change of mind: Customer responsible for return shipping (deducted from refund)
- • Premium members: Enjoy free returns on all eligible items!
